Gwyneth Paltrow is thankful for all the support. The former Sliding Doors actress has given much thanks to her fans following her marriage breakup. She and her husbannd lead vocalist of Cold Play Chris Martin took use of her Goop website this week to announce they ended their marriage following ten years of marriage. The star has children nine year old Apple and seven year old Mosses with Martin has also used the online newsletter to express her ”deep gratitude” for the well-wishes they have received.
She wrote:
”CM and I in deep gratitude for the support of so many.”
Althogh the sad news was announced this week, they said they worked hard for more than a year to save their marrige but they just couldn’t. In a post titled
”Conscious Uncoupling,” the former couple wrote: ”It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate.
”We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate.
”We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been.”
Appealing for privacy because they are ”parents first and foremost,” they added: ”We have always conducted our relationship privately, and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and co-parent, we will be able to continue in the same manner. Love, Gwyneth & Chris.”
